Metric Thread Pitch

With metric threads, a distinction is made between standard threads and fine threads. The main feature here is the thread pitch. The best way to determine the thread pitch is to use a caliper gauge to measure the distance between two threads. The following table lists all thread pitches for metric standard threads from M1 to M60.

Thread pitch = distance between two threads in mm.
